• PODOFLEX antifungal spray, 200 ml
• PODOFLEX foot cream with silver ions, 100 ml
• MYKOBOOSTER spray, 125 ml

How to use

1. Morning and evening, spray clean, dry feet with the antifungal spray.
2. In the evening, massage in the silver-ion cream, especially on the soles and between the toes.
3. Once a week, disinfect your shoes with MYKOBOOSTER spray.
4. Choose breathable shoes and socks made of natural materials.
