Ordered goods will be delivered in the shortest possible time. Delivery is handled by our contract partners Pošta Slovenije and GLS. Upon dispatch, you will receive a notification at your e-mail address.
Shipping Costs (Slovenia)
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your package and the order value. For purchases over 100 EUR (VAT included), delivery is FREE OF CHARGE.

Delivery with GLS
Delivery Time: Your package will usually be delivered within 2-3 working days. GLS Slovenia delivers more than 98% of packages on the next working day after pickup from our store. Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday during morning hours.
FlexDeliveryService:
You will be notified in advance about the scheduled delivery time via e-mail or SMS (or via the Viber app). If you are not available at the address at the time of delivery, you can redirect your package free of charge to:
- another address or a different delivery date,
- a GLS Parcel Locker or GLS Parcel Shop (over 500 locations in Slovenia),
- a safe place of your choice (terrace, neighbor, garage...), provided the payment has already been settled.
Important Information on Redirection:
- GLS Parcel Locker: Pickup is free of charge; card payment is supported (cash is not accepted).
- Parcel Shops (Petrol stations, etc.): Redirecting to a parcel shop may incur additional third-party service fees (e.g., Petrol charges 0.45 EUR for package handover and 1.05 EUR for COD processing).
International Delivery
- For purchases up to 100 EUR (VAT included), the shipping cost is 15.00 €.
- For purchases over 100 EUR (VAT included), delivery is FREE OF CHARGE.
Dispatch Time
In-stock items are usually dispatched within 1 to 3 working days. We do not dispatch goods on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays. If a specific item is currently out of stock, we will inform you of the estimated delivery time via e-mail or telephone.
In-Store Pickup
Ordered items can be picked up in person at our branches after receiving notification that the goods are ready:

No shipping fees are charged for in-store pickups. Please wait for a confirmation message stating your order is ready for collection.
