PODOPHARM CRACKED HEELS CARE SET – 2 STEPS
For hard, thickened and cracked skin on the heels. Care follows two steps, as recommended by podiatrists: first, the ointment with 25% urea softens and thins the hardened skin, then the ointment with 10% urea keeps it soft. A weekly scrub removes dead skin cells.

- PODOFLEX feet ointment with 10% urea, 100 ml
- SPA scrub with goji berries, 300 g
How to use
- Step 1 (2–3 weeks): every evening, apply the 25% urea ointment to the heels and hard areas.
- Step 2: once the skin has softened, switch to the 10% urea ointment once or twice a day.
- Once a week, after a bath or shower, massage the feet with the scrub and rinse.
- After that, use the 25% urea ointment once a week as prevention.

Podiatrist's tip: Deep or bleeding cracks should be treated by a podiatrist. Do not apply the ointment to open wounds.
